The claims form is available online for students and staff to download. Claims management and customer service is handled by a multilingual staff.

Students will have access to the plan's Medical Doctor Network, which includes health care facilities and physicians in local and surrounding areas. Direct payment has been arranged between the insurer and this network. By visiting one of the listed physicians, medical clinics or pharmacies, the student is not required to pay up-front. Students are also free to visit a healthcare provider outside of the preferred network, for which direct payment may be available, or will otherwise be reimbursed promptly to the student. Ingle will act as a manager and conduit to establish and maintain relationships among all relevant parties to the claims process.
